Meet The Founders: Lauren & Laura

The Reconnection was born from friendship, passion, and a shared vision to support women through life’s transitions and challenges.

We met training to be yoga teachers in India over 12 years ago and have been walking our own life paths, side by side, ever since.

We bring together unique careers and shared backgrounds to blend science, somatics and sisterhood in a co-creation that is authentic and accessible for the modern woman.
