Our Home:

Rose Mountain, Silves, Portugal 

Rose Mountain is a lush sanctuary nestled in the heart of the Algarve Mountains in Portugal. Bathed in light, warmth, and natural beauty, it offers the perfect setting for deep rest and transformation.

Over our five days together, we’ll have access to 48 hectares of wild, untouched land - with breathtaking views and countless paths to wander and explore.

Between sessions, you can choose to relax by the pool, take a walk through the surrounding hills, or simply enjoy the stillness and peace that comes from being held in nature.

Daily Rhythm (Preparation & Integration Days)

Honouring the feminine, the retreat follows a spacious rhythm designed to gently hold you in practice while offering the time and space to step away from daily life and reconnect with yourself.

Each day at The Reconnection unfolds within a carefully supported flow, balancing movement, reflection, nourishment, and rest.

8:00am - Mornings begin with gentle movement or yoga, inviting a gradual awakening into the day

9:30am - Nourishing breakfast

11:00am – 1:00pm - Sharing circle, a facilitated space for reflection, integration, and connection within the group

1:00pm - Lunch

2:00 – 4:00pm - Time for rest, swimming, sauna, massages, or optional somatic therapy sessions

4:00 – 6:00pm - Workshops and embodied practices designed to deepen awareness and support integration

7:00pm - Shared evening meal

8:30pm - A grounding ritual, practice or sound healing to support sleep
