Our Home: Rose Mountain, Silves, Portugal 

Rose Mountain is a lush sanctuary nestled in the heart of the Algarve Mountains in Portugal. Bathed in light, warmth, and natural beauty, it offers the perfect setting for deep rest and transformation.

Over our five days together, we’ll have access to 48 hectares of wild, untouched land - with breathtaking views and countless paths to wander and explore.

Between sessions, you can choose to relax by the pool, take a walk through the surrounding hills, or simply enjoy the stillness and peace that comes from being held in nature.

The Retreat Flow

Honouring the feminine, our retreat follows a spacious schedule designed to hold you gently in practice while also giving you the time you need to disconnect from daily life and reconnect with yourself.

Rest, space, and slowness are woven into everything we do. They are part of the medicine.

8am:  Morning movement or gentle yoga 

9.30am: Nourishing breakfast 

11 - 1 pm: Sharing circle 

1 pm: Lunch time 

2 - 4 pm: Time to rest 

4 - 6 pm: Workshops

7pm: Evening meal 

8.30pm: Bed time ritual
