Our retreats are the heart of The Reconnection.

Held in Portugal, surrounded by nature and far from the busyness of daily life, they create a space to pause, reconnect, and step into deeper relationship with yourself, other women, and the natural world.

A Fully Supportive

3-Month Programme

The Reconnection is a three-month journey of preparation, an in-person retreat, and integration.

Over the first six weeks, you’ll be supported with educational materials, reflective practices, group calls, and one-to-one support to help you prepare - emotionally, mentally, and physically.

The five-day retreat offers an opportunity to come together to rest, release, and reconnect through movement, psilocybin ceremony, and community.

In the weeks that follow, the integration process helps you bring insights into daily life through ongoing support, sharing circles, somatic practices, and continued community. Taken together, these stages form an arc of care, inviting transformation that is embodied and lasting.

    • Group Welcome and Preparation Call

    • 1 x 1:1 Preparation Call with Lauren

    • 1 x 1:1 Somatic Therapy session with Mary (online)

    • 4 x Group Yin Yoga online classes with Laura (online)

    • Access to The Reconnection Portal - full of educational, reflective and psycho-education resources

    • Optional women’s health and hormone support with a GP (additional cost)

    • 5-day retreat in a beautiful nature-based setting in Portugal

    • All food and drink:  3 x nutritious meals a day plus snacks, juices, and herbal teas (vegetarian menu)

    • Classes and Practices to support your journey of self enquiry and reconnection: somatic enquiry, meditation, yoga, authentic relating, voice activation, sound healing, TRE, dance, and more

    • Sharing circles and plenty of integration time to feel held and supported in community for the whole retreat

    • Psilocybin ceremony held with reverence and care, with live music 

    • Ritual and nature connection

    • 2 x Group integration calls 

    • Ongoing access to a private post-retreat community space
